The questions we get most about pricing, addressed without sales theatre.

Why credits instead of just unlimited?

Honest version — running production-grade tools costs us infrastructure (CDN, AI calls on YouTube Studio, image rendering for Animated Ad Studio). Free unlimited would mean either rate-limiting everyone aggressively, or shutting tools down. A daily credit pool keeps the platform sustainable while leaving plenty of room for real users. Five credits/day is enough to use 1-2 tools meaningfully every working day, free forever.

What actually counts as a credit?

One export = one credit. That's: a UTM saved to the ledger, a JSON-LD schema copied, a thumbnail or GIF downloaded, an email HTML compiled, a forecast PDF printed. Building inside a tool — typing, dragging, calculating, previewing — is always free. We only count the moments where you take a deliverable out of the platform.

What if I run out of credits mid-project?

Three options. (1) Wait — credits reset at midnight SAST. (2) Upgrade to Pro for 6× the cap. (3) If you're a serious operator hitting limits regularly, email us. We've never said no to giving someone a temporary credit boost when their use case is legitimate.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. Monthly, no contracts. If you cancel, you drop to Free at the end of the current billing cycle — never mid-month. If you re-subscribe within 12 months, your launch-locked R99 price is honoured.

Why is Pro so cheap?

Because the Labs aren't our business — our agency services are. The Labs exist to demonstrate capability and bring serious operators into our orbit. Pro is priced at the operational cost of serving heavy users, not what the tools "could" sell for. If you're using the Labs at scale, you're exactly the operator we want to talk to about a deeper engagement.

Will there be a higher tier later?

Maybe — but it won't be "Pro but more credits". If we add a higher tier, it'll be because there's a real platform capability worth charging more for (team accounts, white-label exports, API access, custom Labs). Until that's real, two tiers stays the model.

When does Pro actually launch?

Honest answer — we don't have a date locked yet. The credit infrastructure is live (you can see your balance in the dashboard sidebar). Commerce integration is the next build phase. Joining the waitlist is how you find out the moment it ships.
